To install, remove any screws holding the original baffle on the washer drum, then force the baffle backwards with a rubber mallet and a block of wood for leverage. Insert the new baffle into the mounting holes and pull forward to lock the tabs in place, then install the screw through the top of the drum.This baffle kit (part number 285976) is for washers.Baffle kit 285976 lifts and tumbles the clothes inside the spin basket.
